Hospitality Intelligence Radar is a private business tool operated by FH Development Studio, LLC. It is used by an invited list of people. It has no public sign-up, no advertising and no analytics from third parties. Last updated 2026-10-14.
We keep the email address and name you sign in with (including via Google or Apple), your role, and a log of sign-ins and of the actions you take inside the tool, so that the work can be audited. Usage records are deleted after 180 days. We do not sell this information or share it for advertising.
The tool holds business information about hotel companies and the people who run them: names, job titles, business email addresses and the public pages they came from. Each value is stored with the page it was read from. The tool is used for research and for preparing lists; it does not send messages. Anyone listed can ask to be removed or suppressed at the address below, and a suppression is permanent.
The app stores a sign-in token in the iPhone Keychain on the device and nothing else. It sends your requests to our server over HTTPS. It does not use your location, contacts, photos or advertising identifier, and it contains no third-party tracking.
Data is held on a server in the United States and in encrypted backups of that server.
